 | University of DundeeThe University of Dundee is one of the UK's leading universities and is internationally recognised for its expertise across a range of disciplines including science, medicine and engineering. The University is also home to one of the UK's top art schools, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, which has established an international reputation for excellence in the fields of fine art, design television and imaging and architecture. Dundee University has been named ‘Scottish University of The Year' and number one for teaching excellence in Scotland by Sunday Times University Guide.  | University of AbertayThe University of Abertay is renowned for its digital and creative media courses and is also home to the Dundee Business School. Regularly ranked in the Financial Times' top ten of most improved modern universities, Abertay boasts Stagecoach group chief executive Brian Souter and leading computer games developer Dave Jones among its alumni. Abertay's ‘Embreonix' graduate incubator was established in 2000 with support from the European Social Fund. More than 40 small businesses have spun out of the ‘Embreonix' scheme - many of them in digital media and e-business. |
