Talking Tayside is a forum for individual company or organisation representatives who determine a strategy to promote and develop the contact centre industry within Tayside.  

Talking Tayside members and Dundee College have created a six week pre recruitment course ensuring applicants for jobs are already trained to a pre-agreed level which includes a guaranteed interview.
