Dundee Tourism Strategy 2025-2030

Developed by Dundee's Tourism Leadership Group (TLG) and informed by a strategy development project led by TOPOSOPHY, the Dundee Tourism Strategy 2025–2030 sets out the strategic, market, and industry context for the city’s visitor economy. It defines Dundee’s target audiences, strategic priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) against which progress will be measured.

The strategy, supported by a new action plan draws on national and local tourism frameworks, input from the TLG’s draft strategy, and extensive consultation with stakeholders across Dundee’s visitor economy.

Dundee Tourism Action Plan 2025–2030

The Dundee Tourism Action Plan 2025–2030 translates the Strategy into practical steps for delivery. It is structured into three sections:

  1. Strategic Priorities – A concise summary of the priorities set out in the Dundee Tourism Strategy 2025–2030, approved in November 2024.
  2. Year 1 Action Plan (2025) – Actions identified as both necessary and achievable to drive early progress and build momentum for the years ahead.
  3. Years 2–5 Action Plan (2026–2030) – A roadmap for continued implementation and development over the remainder of the strategy period.
